A creative process is a sequence or steps that we follow to generate ideas using our creativity. This process can help us to solve a problem, to create a artistic object and also to achieve a goal.
The steps of the creativity process are three: Preparation, developing ideas, evaluation and production.
1- Preparation: We collect all the information we can about our proyect. We analyse, ask questions, read and try to have an overview of the whole topic.
2- Turning information into ideas: We transform all this information on ideas. We need inspiration, the answer will come sooner or later.
3- Evaluation: The ideal time to start evaluating the best ideas is when we have lots of them.
4- Production: We need to be able to execute the final idea. Ideas that are not implemented are not very useful. We need to communicate them.
Our Project is about a plastic flowerpot. We are going to use a 2l plastic bottle to do a flower pot. We need to develop the creative process to decide our design. Here you have some help:
