2nd ESO. UNIT 7.7 Spirals

Spirals are technical curves that can be found in nature and frequently used in design. This curves are generated with the movement of a point rotating around a nucleous while constantly increasing it radious.

Natural phenomena like storms or water swirls form spirals.

Animals like octopuses and plants like ferns or some aromatic herbs, also create spiral shapes.
