2nd ESO ART. 2nd Term Review

Let's see what we have done this second term.

 VOLUNTARY ACTIVITIES

8- Symbols represent a concept, feeling, idea or activity, sign is an image that communicates a warning or indication. Lets find one of them and draw it.

9- Using our drawing skills we can make complicated compositions. Now we will combine all we have learn about polygons to design a face:



ART CLASS

1- We started the evaluation in December and that is why the first exercise was a Christmas card. The technique was stencil and the subject was voluntary.

2- We studied the Visual Communication process, to understand it better we did a sketch.

3- We continue working with the Visual Communication through the learning of the brand, the logotype and logo. First we need to know the objetives of the brand, then we will do some sketckes and then we have to describe it by the logotype.

4- Images can have diferent abstraction level. They can reproduce an element from reality very exactly or be a representation of it. Abstract images have the lowest level of iconocity.

TECHNICAL DRAWING

5- We finished the quadrilateral problems at the begining of the second term. 

6- Regular polygons can be draw using a general method. Using this method we can draw any regular polygon inscribed in a circle given.

7- We can also draw a regular polygon using an specific method. It can be inscribed in a circle or from a known side.
